These terms and conditions apply to the use of any of the websites owned and operated by Heidi Kelly. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. DEFINITIONS

“Heidi Kelly” refers to “Heidi Kelly – the finishing touch for your home website of Purley London www.thefinishingtouch.org.uk.
“website” refers to any of the websites owned and operated by Heidi Kelly, including but not restricted to www.thefinishingtouch.org.uk.
“net order value” is the total value of the order after deduction of any discounts, deals or special offers but before the deduction of any vouchers issued by Heidi Kelly. The net order value is used to calculate carriage and delivery charges.

The copyright to the contents of this website belongs to Heidi Kelly. Users may download, view and print materials for their own personal, non-commercial use. The contents must not be used for commercial or business purposes without prior written permission from Heidi Kelly.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by Heidi Kelly.
Heidi Kelly guarantee that all goods on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be replaced immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age you are welcome to browse our website but regret that we are unable to accept any order from you.

DISCOUNT CODES

All discount codes are strictly one use per customer unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be combined with other coded offers. Heidi Kelly reserve the right to cancel any special offer without notice.
Gift vouchers are excluded from all discount codes and promotion.

PAYMENT

Payment for goods ordered are processed using embedded forms from a secure server hosted by Worldpay (UK) Limited using SHA-256 with RSA encryption technology.
In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Heidi Kelly shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.

DELIVERY METHODS – UK MAINLAND

In general orders are despatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow up to one week for delivery.
Orders sent by Courier need to be signed-for on delivery unless you give us special instructions to leave the goods without them being signed for. Where such a request is made, Heidi Kelly cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND METHODS – OVERSEAS

We currently do not offer a delivery service or payment methods for overseas orders.  If you however are looking to place an order from outside the UK Mainland please send us a message via enquiries@thefinishingtouch.org.uk or via our contact page.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to Heidi Kelly, [59 Haydn Avenue, Purley, CR8 4AJ] in their original packing and in their original condition.
Heidi Kelly will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.
Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Heidi Kelly. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.

RETURN OF GOODS

Heidi Kelly will refund or replace any products if:

  1. They were purchased direct from us within the last 14 days
  2. They are returned to us in their original, unopened and in resaleable condition

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Heidi Kelly. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.
